All U.S. orders are processed within 72 hours on standard business days (Monday – Friday). Expect your items to leave our facility within 1–5 business days. During high-demand periods or exclusive drops, processing may take a little longer — good things are worth the wait.

Once shipped, standard delivery takes 5–15 business days via our trusted carrier network — UPS. An estimated delivery date will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Within 1–3 business days of dispatch, you’ll receive an automated email with your unique tracking number — so you can follow your order every step of the way.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via UPS, with live rates calculated at checkout.

  • Customs & Duties: All import fees, taxes, and duties are the customer’s responsibility. Aime Leon Dore is not liable for customs delays once your package has left the U.S.
Split Shipments

Multi-item orders may ship separately to get things to you faster. Each package will come with its own tracking code.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a delivery is confirmed by the carrier to your provided address, Aime Leon Dore cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Such cases are non-refundable.
